Welcome to Thyle Harvest

Thyle (rhymes with “smile”) is an old Norse word for a storyteller, a keeper of wisdom, and a sharer of traditions — which pretty much sums up what I’m all about. Thyle Harvest is my modern-day twist on those values: a cosy little corner where homesteading meets handmade, and old-school skills are given new life… all while I binge watch gardening tutorials on TikTok and wait for my Amazon Prime deliveries like a true modern farm gal.

Here you’ll find all things homegrown and handmade — from cinnamon scrolls and sourdough loaves to farm-fresh eggs, cookies, herbs, seasonal blooms and more. It’s also the home of my Micro Bakery Pop-Ups, hosted right here at my place in Geelong, with pre-orders now available (and the only way to order). As the garden grows, so will the offerings — think tallow soaps, handcrafted treats, and goodies straight from the veggie patch.
