Our rosemary is homegrown here at Thyle Harvest, carefully harvested and dried in small batches before being packed by hand. With its wonderfully aromatic, earthy flavour, dried rosemary is a pantry staple for adding depth and fragrance to all sorts of homemade dishes.

Sprinkle it over roast potatoes and vegetables, rub it onto lamb or chicken, add it to homemade breads and focaccia, or use it to flavour soups, stews, sauces and marinades.

Grown locally, harvested by hand and dried with care — a simple little herb that brings a taste of the garden to your kitchen.
